What Is In The “Login” section?

To access the Application, you must navigate to the Metaf website at https://app.metafcard.com/ Upon accessing the site, a secure login screen will appear.

Note. Existing users can log in to the application, while new users need to go through the sign-up process.

How Do I Sign Up For The Application?

1. Go to the 'Don't have an account? Sign up section on Login Screen.

2. Click 'Sign up' on the login screen to access the Sign-up form.

3. Once you click on the "Sign up" link, you will see a simple "Sign up" form with the following fields:

3.1. Email Address

3.2. Username

3.3. Password

3.4. CAPTCHA for human verification

4. Step-by-Step Guide to Filling Out the Sign-Up Form:

4.1. In the field labelled "Email Address", type in your valid email address.

4.2. Enter your desired username in the "Username" field. This username will serve as your unique account identifier.

4.3. In the "Password" field, create a secure password. Ensure that it meets any specified requirements, such as a minimum length or a mix of characters, to ensure account security.

4.4. Check the box labelled "Verify you are human" to complete the CAPTCHA.

4.5. Once all fields are filled, click the "Continue" button to proceed with the registration process.

5. If you already have an account, you can click the "Log in" link at the bottom of the form to navigate to the login page.

How Do I Fill Out The Registration Or Onboarding Form?

1. fter clicking "Continue", you will be directed to the "Registration" Screen. The Screen opens with the following fields:

1.1. First Name

1.2. Last Name

1.3. Phone

1.4. Country of Residence

1.5. State

1.6. Town

1.7. City

1.8. Address Line 1

1.9. Postal Code

1.10. Checkbox to agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy

2. Step-by-Step Guide To Filling Out The Registration or Onboarding Form

2.1. In the field labelled "First Name," type in your legal first name.

2.2. In the "Last Name" field, enter your last name as it appears on official documents.

2.3. Provide your phone number in the "Phone" field. Ensure you include your country code if applicable.

2.4. Choose your country of residence from the dropdown list in the "Country of Residence" field.

2.5. In the "State" field, either select your state from the dropdown or manually enter the name of your state or province.

2.6. Under "Town," select your town from the dropdown list or enter it manually in the "Enter Town" field.

2.7. In the "City" field, type the name of your city.

2.8. In the "Address Line 1" field, provide your street address or P.O. Box.

2.9. Input your postal code in the "Postal Code" field.

2.10. By clicking the checkbox "Agree to Terms and Privacy Policy", you acknowledge that you agree to Metaf Group's Terms of Use Agreement and have read the Privacy Policy.

2.11. Once all fields are filled, click the "Submit" button to complete the registration process.

2.12. Once you click the "Submit" button to complete the registration process, a confirmation screen will display the message: "Your account has been created successfully."

Note. Once the admin verification process is complete, you will receive an approval onboarding email. After verification, you will be able to log in to the application.

How Do I Login To The Application?

To log in to the application, navigate to the MetaF website at https://app.metafcard.com/ Upon accessing the site, a secure login screen will appear.

1. Steps to Log In to Metaf Application:

1.1.In the "Username or Email address" field, type your username or registered email address.

1.2. In the "Password" field, enter your password. You can click the eye icon to view the password as you type.

1.3. Check the box labelled "Verify you are human" to complete the CAPTCHA. 

1.4. Once all fields are filled, click the Continue button to log in to your account.

1.5. By providing valid credentials and clicking the ‘Continue’ button on the login screen, the user will be redirected to the Metaf dashboard.

1.6. If you've forgotten your password, click the Forgot password? link to start the password recovery process.

How Do I Log In If I Forgot My Password?

If you've forgotten your password, click the Forgot password? link to start the password recovery process from the Login screen.

1. Step-by-step guide for the "Forgot Password " process:

1.1. Go to the login page and click on the "Forgot Password" Link.

1.2. Once you click the 'Forgot password?' link, a 'Forgot Your Password?' screen will appear with the message: “Enter your username or email address, and we will send you instructions to reset your password”.

1.3. Enter your Username or Email Address in the provided field.

1.4. Click the "Continue" Button.

1.5. Once you click the "Continue" Button after that user will get a screen Check Your Email

1.6. Once you click the "Continue" button, they will see a screen with the following message: Check Your Email "Please check your email address for instructions to reset your password." 

1.7. There is also an option to Resend Email if you do not receive the email initially.

1.8. Check your email for a password reset link.

1.9. Follow the link and set a new password.

1.10. Log in with your new password.
