What Is 'Manage Account'?

The Manage Account section allows you to manage various aspects of your account, including:

1. Profile Information:-

1.1. Personal Account Details

This section allows you to view personal account details(including your username, name, customer ID)

1.2. Contact information

This section allows you to Contact information (country, email, phone number), and allows updating profile pictures.

2. Security:- This section allows you to enhance your account safety by updating your password through the Change Password option.

3. KYC Information:-

3.1. Personal Details:

3.1.1 This section contains your essential identification information, including your name, gender, date of birth, ID issuance country, document type, number, and expiry date.

3.2. Identification Documents:

3.2.1 This section is used to upload and manage verification documents, including the front ID photo, a photo of you holding the ID, and a clear face image.

4. All Addresses:-

This section displays all the addresses you have added to your account, allowing you to view, manage, or update multiple address entries.

How To Change Profile Picture?

1. Go to Manage Account.

2. Navigate to the Profile Info section.

3. Click on the Profile Icon to upload and change your picture.

How To Change Password?

1. Go to Manage Account.

2. Navigate to the Security section.

3. Click on Reset Password.

4. Once you click on Reset Password, you will see a message: "Email sent successfully to [Email]. Please check your inbox and reset your password."

How To Update KYC?

1. Go to Manage Account.

2. Navigate to the KYC Information section.

3. Click on Edit .

4. Once you click on the Edit Icon, a pop-up will open ,Fill in the required fields details and Upload the required documents .

5. Review the information and click on save .

6. Once you click on Save, you will see the message: "Profile updated successfully." The provided documents will be visible in the Identification Documents section.

How To Add Addresses?

1. Go to Manage Account.

2. Navigate to the Addresses section.

3. Click on the Add

4. Once you click on Add, a form will open. Fill in the required address details.

5. Click Save to add the new address.
