What Is “My Cards”?
The "My Cards" section provides an overview of all crypto-linked cards, enabling users to seamlessly manage and monitor their card usage. It displays available, applied, and active cards, allowing users to check card status and manage options such as Top Up, View, Freeze/Unfreeze, Set Pin,Show Pin, View Transactions, and Card Balance, making crypto spending both convenient and efficient.
How To Top Up Your Card?
1. Go to the My Cards section.
2. Select the card you want to Top up.
3. Click on the Top Up option.
4. Once you click on Top Up, a popup will open where you can see the following details:
4.1. Available Balance
4.2. Minimum Deposit Amount
4.3. Maximum Deposit Amount
4.4. Paid Currency
4.5. Network
4.6. Enter Amount
4.7. Note: This is the balance on the card until it expires. The balance does not reset.
5. Choose your preferred cryptocurrency and Network.
6. Enter the Amount, verify the Fee and the Estimated Amount to receive.
7. Click the Top Up button to proceed to the next step.
8. Once you click on the Top Up button to proceed, a message will confirm that your top-up was successful.
How To Set A PIN For Your Card?
1. Go to the My Cards section.
2. Select the card you want to Set PIN.
3. Click on the Set PIN option.
4. Once you click on Set PIN, a popup will open showing the following details:
4.1 A fee of 20 EUR will be charged to set the PIN.
4.2 Signature Photo (Max size: 2MB).
4.3 Note: You will receive an email shortly with a link to reset your PIN. Please use this link to complete the PIN reset process.
5. Upload a signed Photo of yours and click on the Submit button to proceed to the next step.
6. Once you submit for Set Pin, you will receive an email with instructions to set your PIN.
How To View Your Card PIN?
1. Go to the My Cards section.
2. Select the card you want to Show Pin.
3. You will see an option to Show Pin , Click on it to proceed.
4. Once you click on the Show Pin icon, a popup will appear with “Pin Number".
How To Freeze Your Card?
1. Go to the My Cards section.
2. Select the card you want to Freeze.
3. You will see an option to Freeze the card, Click on it to proceed.
4. Once you click on the Freeze icon, a popup will appear asking, "Do you really want to freeze?."
5. Upload your Sign Photo to confirm the action, and then click on Yes to proceed.
6. Once you click on the Yes button, your request to freeze the card will be submitted, and you will see a message: "Your request has been successfully submitted."
How To Unfreeze Your Card?
1. Go to the My Cards section.
2. Select the card you want to UnFreeze.
3. You will see an option to UnFreeze the card, Click on it to proceed.
4. Once you click on the UnFreeze icon, a popup will appear asking, "Do you really want to Unfreeze?."
5. Upload your Sign Photo to confirm the action, and then click on Yes to proceed.
6. Once you click on the Yes button, your request to freeze the card will be submitted, and you will see a message: "Your request has been successfully submitted."
How To View Your Card Details?
1. Go to the My Cards section.
2. Select the card you want to View.
3. You will see an option to View the card, Click on it to proceed.
4. Once you click on View, your card details will be displayed.
