What Is “ Crypto” ?

The Crypto section allows users to deposit cryptocurrency into their accounts quickly and securely. Users can transfer funds from external wallets and manage their crypto assets directly within the app. It displays your “Available Balance” in USD, along with the USDT (Tether) crypto coin, its associated network, your “Wallet Address”, a “Wallet Scanner”, and a copy option for receiving crypto. Additionally, the section provides access to your “Order History”.

How Do I Deposit Crypto?

1. From the Overview screen, select Crypto from the side menu. you will direct to the crypto section of your account.

2. Select the specific cryptocurrency you wish to deposit (e.g., USDT.) Make sure you are depositing the correct crypto type to avoid any loss of funds.

3. Copy the wallet address provided or scan the QR code to deposit your cryptocurrency from the exchange platform, Share this address with others to receive the deposit.

4. After sending the crypto, you may need to wait for network confirmations. Check the transaction status in the crypto Screen ‘Order History’ section of your account as well as you will get a popup Notification.

How Do I Share A Crypto Deposit Link Via Email Or WhatsApp?

1. Go to the Crypto Screen

2. Locate the Share On Option

3. Choose a Sharing Method ,In the Share On section, you will see two icons: WhatsApp and Email.

4. Select either the WhatsApp or Email icon, depending on how you’d like to share.

5. Clicking on an icon will open the respective app or screen, allowing you to complete the share action.
