What Is “Quick Links”?

Once users receive their physical card, they can use the Quick Links section to complete the activation process and begin using their card.

Note- Before processing to Quick Card Link Service , ensure that your KYC verification is successfully completed. You should have received a confirmation notification indicating that your KYC has been verified. In case your KYC verification has failed, you need to complete the KYC process again before proceeding with Quick Card Link Service.

How To Link Your Card?

1. Go to the Quick Links section

2. Select the card you want to Link.

3. Once you select a card to link, you will see a section titled "Quick Card Link Service" where the following details will be displayed:

3.2. Link Card Number

3.3. Linking Card Name

3.4. Hand-Holding ID Photo

3.5. Instructions

4. Enter the card number you received into the "Link Card Number" field. Ensure the number is accurate to avoid any errors during the linking process.

5. Upload a Hand-Holding ID Photo (maximum size: 2MB) and click on the Submit button to proceed with the process. Ensure the photo is clear and meets the required guidelines.

6. Once you click the Submit button, your card linking process will be successfully submitted. If your KYC verification is still pending or has failed, you will receive a validation message informing you that "Your KYC is currently being reviewed."
